Display settings (text size, high contrast, reduce motion) are kept in your browser's local storage and never sent to the company. There are no advertising or tracking cookies. Personal data is not sold or shared for marketing. Please do not send employee or customer personal data through the forms, and leave ID numbers, bank details, photographs and family details out of a CV.

The enquiry form asks for consent with a box that is not ticked in advance. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to the grievance officer. The data is then deleted unless the law requires it to be kept.

Who processes the data

The website runs on Cloudflare, which processes your IP address to serve pages and, when switched on, to check that forms are sent by a person (Cloudflare Turnstile). This may happen outside India. Enquiries go to the company's workflow and email systems. When a live assistant is switched on, your question and the relevant page extracts are sent to the model provider to produce an answer. Providers act only on the company's instructions under written terms.

Security and breaches

Data travels over encrypted connections and access is limited to the people who need it. Personal data breaches are reported to affected people and the Board as the law requires.

Client data is different

This policy covers the website only. Personal data processed for clients (for example employee or finance records) is handled under the contract with each client, where the client is normally the data fiduciary and the company a data processor. See how data is handled.
